“DEVELOP work motivation, proactivity, or Accountability for a more productive and winning Portugal”. This is the motto of Bright Concept, a company that has worked for 20 years making people more efficient and satisfied in their work.

 

The statement is made by Isabel Freire de Andrade, CEO of Bright Concept, a company that works in the field of consulting, training and coaching and which represents Partners In Leadership in Portugal, the company is globally recognized for its results in the creation of accountable cultures in all type of organizations.

 

“Accountability means “proactive responsibility” and having constant inner guidance which tells us “What else can I do to contribute to the goals of my organization?” Explains the company’s CEO. With the programs it implements, Bright Concept aims to help companies to develop the responsibility of their teams and, consequently, to improve the results, work motivation, and the fulfilment of the company’s mission. “We aim to strengthen individual and collective accountability, which are the driving force of an organization’s productivity, innovation and success. Our goal is clear: to transform the cycle of victimization into a cycle of responsibility and results.” says Isabel Freire de Andrade.

 

Bright Concept uses a variety of methodologies such as: coaching to CEO, executive coaching, development programs for an Accountability culture and Gamification. “When the key results are very difficult to achieve with the current way of thinking of employees, we make a program to adjust the culture. When the key results can be achieved with the current way of thinking, we work on clarifying the key results and on the alignment of all employees with the “Oz Principles for Accountability” and the “Lead to Accountability” Programs.”, explains Isabel Freire de Andrade.

 

In September, Bright Concept will carry out the Lead to Accountability Program on the 27th, 28th and 29th, consisting of a two-day workshop, a day’s visit to Cascais and Guincho and an executive coaching. This program will bring together senior executives and HR directors from around the world who want to keep employees engaged and achieve more results.
