The end of the year is approaching and, with it, comes the desire to plan for 2025.
Creating resolutions that focus on the areas and habits you want to target or change can be challenging. Therefore, it is important to dedicate moments to reflection to evaluate what you want to achieve or change and what tools you can use to achieve these goals.
What goals do you have for the coming year? What resolutions do you want to keep? What areas do you want to focus on?
To help you, we suggest doing a self-assessment to understand where you are in creating your New Year's resolutions.

Tips to Improve Your Resolutions:
Creating resolutions and establishing an action plan can be difficult, so here are some tips to help you:
- Identify Priorities : Start with the areas that need the most attention and set clear goals. (Remember the KISS principle – Keep it simple and straightforward).
- Break Down Big Goals: Turn big goals into small, achievable steps. (If the goal is to improve your health, small steps could be: drinking 1.5L of water a day, walking 15 minutes a day, eating a piece of fruit with every meal…).
- Keep a Log: Write down your progress regularly to stay motivated. (You can use a journal, a vision board, a challenge, etc.).
- Adapt to Obstacles : Identify recurring challenges and find ways to overcome them. (If you have, for example, the goal of eating healthier, but you know that, due to lack of time, you end up ordering fast food, what can you do? You can prepare boxes of healthy snacks to always have on hand or do meal prep sessions in advance).
- Celebrate Accomplishments: Acknowledge your victories, even the small ones, to keep your spirits up. (Keep your motivation up by celebrating what you’ve already accomplished! It could be as simple as organizing a movie night!)
May this new year be full of achievements and growth!
