The role holder, the manager and his or her peers indicate the degree of importance of the competencies for a good performance, thus identifying the characteristics that candidates for the role should have.
The report gathers the answers of 4 groups of evaluators (person in the role, leadership, collaborators and stakeholders), giving rise to a report with:
- Skills profile for each of the 4 areas of the model
- Profile of reasoning skills at work
- Summary of competencies required for the function
- Qualitative comments from evaluators
