Emotional Intelligence Test

ESCI – Emotional and Social Competences is a Korn Ferry Emotional Intelligence Test questionnaire that allows you to collect 360º information on strengths and improve your Emotional Intelligence Skills. It is answered by the participant and by the evaluators that he/she indicates (management, peers, collaborators and others) and the results are compared with a representative world sample. The skills assessed are those considered by the studies carried out as the most decisive for an excellent performance in highly complex and dynamic professions, particularly those of leadership.
