ESCI - Emotional and Social Competencies is a Korn Ferry questionnaire that allows you to gather 360-degree information on strengths and improve on Emotional Intelligence Competencies. It is answered by the participant and by the evaluators that he indicates (superiors, peers, collaborators and others) and the results are compared with a representative world sample. The evaluated competences are those considered as the most determinant for an excellent performance in professions of high complexity and dynamism, particularly those of leadership.
ISQ – Influence Styles Questionnaire
The ISQ - Influence Styles Questionnaire is a 360º questionnaire that allows to evaluate the use of Styles of Influence, allowing the participant to identify the differences in how they influence in different situations.

Saville performance 360
The SAVILLE PERFORMANCE 360 is a 360º questionnaire that allows you to make a diagnosis about the competences of the employee from the perception of the people who interact with him or her.
The results allow to identify the behavioral profile of the performance in the work and its degree of effectiveness, as well as the potential of development in key areas for the organization.
360 Follow up
This questionnaire aims to:
- Evaluate the results of the Project, by verifying if there was a consistent development in the competencies and attitudes / behaviors selected by the participant;
- To motivate the development of competences, since the studies carried out in this area have demonstrated that the phase of follow-up is decisive for the development of competences.
