It evaluates verbal, numerical and diagrammatic aptitude.

Wave Styles
The Wave Questionnaire is the most valid indicator of potential competence and cultural appropriateness. It identifies talents, motives, and culture preferred in a dynamic questionnaire using a dual response format to help control distortion. At the conclusion, high-quality graphical reports are produced in more than 30 languages.
They are self-assessment questionnaires that explore individual perceptions about the potential of competencies, motivations, talents and preferred organizational culture in the relevant professional fields.

Workplace English - Office is an on-line assessment of the Candidate's ability to identify the missing words for phrases used on the office.
Candidate performance is compared to independent criteria, using a performance structure developed by Saville Consulting. This assessment is based on the use of English in administrative functions, such as in public or private sector offices.
