MBTI - Myers-Briggs Type Indicator



Studies on personality preferences initiated by Carl Jung for more than 50 years and followed by Katharine Briggs and Isabel Briggs Myers indicate that understanding individual differences allows people to make constructive use of them and o increase team harmony and productivity.

The MBTI - Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is a tool for assessing preferences that allows identifying the individual form of development and gaining a constructive understanding of the diversity in the teams. It serves to identify psychological differences between people and to predict how they understand their surroundings and how they make decisions.

The coaching session will allow the participants to validate the results obtained in the diagnosis and identify their strengths and development opportunities.

The Personal Development Profile DISC (PDP) is a self-assessment tool for identifying individual preferences used to improve productivity, teamwork and communication. The PDP is not a test, there are no right or wrong answers, no one profile better than the other.

The DISC Personal Development Profile (PDP) aims to help the participants get to know each other better and understand others in a given context. The answers will provide you with a frame of reference for observing human behavior, as well as a more rigorous knowledge of your own behavioral model.
It will help you create a more successful environment, while learning to recognize your abilities, assess the needs of others, and value the different motivations of each behavioral profile.

Investigations around the world unanimously point to the conclusion that the most effective people are those who have a deep knowledge of themselves - they know how to recognize the demands of each situation and adopt different strategies to satisfy every need.

This instrument has more than 50 years of research and development and is based on the work of psychologist William Marston, identifying four types of preferences:
