WHAT IS THE POSITIVE POWER AND INFLUENCE® COURSE?

The Positive Power and Influence® Program is a Positive Influence development program that is premised on strong influencers achieving their personal goals while maintaining and nurturing important working relationships.

The International Influence Program, created by the Strategic Soft Skills Institute, opens the door to a whole new world of true influence power.

Positive Power and Influence® is a program that develops the ability to influence others in a positive, constructive and ethical way. It is often applied in contexts of positive leadership, interpersonal communication and personal development.

How can POSITIVE POWER AND INFLUENCE® help you?

In our PPI – Positive Power and Influence® course, we will dive into the world of positive influence, exploring effective strategies and techniques that will empower you to create impact and achieve meaningful results in all areas of your life.

You'll learn how to cultivate your personal power in a positive way, develop strong and authentic relationships, communicate persuasively, and motivate and inspire others around you.

Based on the innovative Influence Model® and using intense and constant feedback, participants will learn flexible ways to improve influence, depending on the person, the objective and the situation.

The program uses ISQ profile diagnosis and training in the use of influence styles, increasing its active development and is composed of 4 different moments:

Diagnosis, to assess influencing behaviors through a 360º assessment using the ISQ Influence Styles Questionnaire.
Two-day workshop.
An executive coaching session (optional).
One year of access to ISQ to assess progress.

Participants also have access to a set of tools that will help them assess situations, discovering the goals and motivations of others – so that they can plan their actions more efficiently.

What is the impact of the Positive Power and Influence® course?

PPI® has a permanent impact on individuals and organizations. Employees will experience a profound change in their understanding of the power of influence, its presence and impact, and the best method of dealing with new or challenging situations.

When participants finish the program they are very clear about their strengths in terms of influence and know exactly what they can do to increase their impact. In which languages is the Positive Power and Influence® course held?

Bright Concept programs are customized for your clients. As such, although training is mostly given in Portuguese or English, we adapt the training language to the client. If you would like the Positive Power and Influence® course in another language, please contact us.
