With 30 years of experience in consulting, Isabel leads Bright Concept, a company evaluated by clients as the best provider of Human Resources in Portugal in the areas of Training and Coaching, Skills Assessment and Consulting for several years.
With her national and international team, she has contributed to the development of teams from companies such as Microsoft, Vodafone, Heinecken Brasil, National Assembly of Angola, EDP and L'Oréal.
She was Founder and Director of Conceito O2 for 15 years and a guest professor at Universidade Católica Portuguesa from 2013 to 2017.
She was also founder and Vice-President of the ICF-International Coach Federation Chapter in Portugal and Co-author of the book: "Coaching: Going further inside” edited by ICF Portugal (International Coach Federation)
